SARA CHICK (President) is a small business owner of a health and wellness business.  She previously served as Executive Assistant and Scheduler for former Delaware Congressman, Michael N. Castle. She previously served part-time as the assistant to the Finance Director of the Castle Campaign Fund, during the campaign for the U.S. Senate. Her responsibilities included all aspects of fundraising coordination including collaboration with major donors, assisting them in preparing fundraising communications and list management for general contributors, major donors and Political Action Committees. Before taking time off when she had children, Sara worked for six years for the Republican Party in Delaware, where she maintained records and prepared filings to the Federal Election Commission as well as providing documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal election laws.

Sara serves as President for Landenberg Christian Academy’s board of directors, where she has served as a founding member since 2002. She is a member of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church where she is involved in several ministries including the Women’s Ministry, Pioneer Girls (mentoring high school girls), and nursery. Sara graduated from Houghton College, with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Communication. She resides in Kemblesville, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Darren, and their three children, Jonathan, Mackenzie and Madeleine.

DONNA RINEHIMER (Treasurer) is a Vice President with Bank of America in the Affinity Banking Division. In addition she has over 20 years of experience in various financial roles within Bank of America including Accounting Operations, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting as well as project management for the Chief Financial Officer.

She has served as an active board member and Finance Committee Chair since 2011 for Landenberg Christian Academy. In addition Donna is also an active board member for the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware a position she has held for over six years. She has also served on committees at the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware and spent 10 years as co-chair of the Children’s Charity Invitational hosted annually by the Finance Department of the former MBNA and raised significant funds for Delaware based charities that focused on the welfare of children.

Donna graduated from Wilmington College, Delaware, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She and her family attend and are actively involved with The Power Place of Chester County located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Donna resides in Landenberg, Pennsylvania with her husband, Richie and daughter Laura. Their son Andrew and his wife Billie also live nearby. Both of Donna’s children attended and graduated from local Christian schools. She is also co-owner of Rinehimer’s Body Shop Inc. with her husband.

DAVID AKSIM (information coming)

TIMOTHY FLOHR has over 25 years of leadership experience in the food and beverage industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region and New York City. He is currently the General Manager of Business Dining Services for American Dining Creations at the Cerner Corporation campus in Malvern, PA. He was recently the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Adjunct Instructor at Drexel University, where he was an integral part in the creation of the new Center for Hospitality and Sport Management.

Tim received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware’s Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management Program in 1997 and he received his MBA, with a concentration in Business Analytics, from Drexel University in 2015.  In addition to his academic credentials, Tim received his Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014 and his CFBE (Certified Food and Beverage Executive) certification from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute in 2012.

He and his wife are licensed foster care parents in the state of Maryland and they reside in Elkton, MD with their daughter, who is a student at Landenberg Christian Academy.

DALE LOWE is a registered nurse and hospital administrator with a varied experience in both the delivery of health care and the business aspects of health care. Following over 10 years of practicing in the clinical setting – primarily in the Emergency Room and Trauma Center – he began his management and administrative career focused on quality improvement, risk management and physician credentialing.  Dale is a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality.  Dale became the Director of Utilization Management and Reimbursement Services, concentrating on the business aspects of health care in the context of insurance company reimbursement and denials. Dale completed a 26 year career at Christiana Care Health System as the Director of the Preventive Medicine and Rehabilitation Center where he was charged with migrating the delivery of health care into the community setting.  Dale is currently the Director of Operations at the Nemours Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children.

Dale is a graduate of the Nursing School of Wilmington, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Wilmington College and a Master’s of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Wilmington University.  He is dedicated to community service evidenced by his participation as the Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee for the Board of Directors on the Avon Grove High School Football Boosters Association, service as an Assistant Scoutmaster and Crew Advisor for the Boy Scouts of America and a member of the Board of Directors for Reins of Life – a therapeutic riding academy – located in Landenberg, PA.

Dale is a service oriented member of the community and enjoys the outdoors through hunting, fishing camping, golf and skiing.  Dale resides in Lincoln University with his family; he is the father of three, grandfather to two grand-daughters and is a member of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Kemblesville, PA.

JULIE MALONE is the Administrator at Landenberg Christian Academy. Prior to working at LCA, Julie spent 10 years as a stay at home mom, working full time on raising her four children. During that time Julie was actively involved in her church, school, and community. She spent time serving as the coordinator of the MOPS program (Mothers of Preschoolers) at her church, leading women’s Bible studies, and serving as the PTF (Parent Teacher Fellowship) president.  Prior to having children, she taught elementary school in both private and public school systems in Maryland. Julie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Elementary Education from Messiah College. Julie resides in Oxford, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Tim, and four daughters.
